Amber Dupree, MSN, APRN, NP-C, WCC

Amber Dupree is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of nursing experience, including over 12 years in advanced practice across primary care, wound care, surgery, allergy and immunology, and geriatrics. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds an advanced wound care certification (WCC). Amber earned her BSN from Lamar University and her MSN from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Passionate about patient-centered care, collaboration, and lifelong learning, Amber is dedicated to improving outcomes and enhancing quality of life for the patients she serves.

Amber T. Goldsmith, BSN, MSNA, FNP-C

Amber T. Goldsmith is an Advanced Practice Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in patient care, nursing leadership, and healthcare administration. For the past four years, she has been delivering primary care to patients in their homes and assisted living facilities, with a focus on geriatrics, complex internal medicine, and behavioral health. Her background includes over a decade of critical care nursing and leadership roles such as Director of multiple service lines and Chief Clinical Operating Officer. She earned both her BSN and MSN in Nursing Administration from Lamar University and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Amber is passionate about patient-centered care and is dedicated to improving access, outcomes, and quality of life for the patients she serves.

Nurse Practitioner

Kelsie Gilley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kelsie Gilley is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from McNeese State University in May 2020, where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. Shortly after graduation, she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.At PCA Medical Group, she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Kelsie is dedicated to patient empowerment through education and evidence-based medicine, helping individuals lead healthier, fuller lives.

Physician Assistant

Kayla Andresio, PA-C

Kayla Andresio is a board certified physician assistant with over a decade of clinical experience. She earned her masters of science in physician assistant studies at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2013. Before joining primary care anywhere in 2024, she did retail health for 10 years. She has a background in acute illness, chronic care, minor procedures, administration of vaccinations and wellness screens ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her clinical focus now is in primary care where she strives to provide comprehensive treatments while helping her patients to take more of an active role in their health.

Nurse Practitioner

Sarah Youngblood, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Sarah Youngblood, FNP-C, is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in nursing across emergency care, home health, and outpatient settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas at Arlington and now practices as an in-home primary care provider. Known for her evidence-based approach, strong clinical decision-making, and focus on patient education, Sarah is dedicated to providing holistic care, building trust, and improving health outcomes for individuals and families in her community.
